Interests: What I love about Costa Rica: Everyone speaks Spanish! I love taking the bus around San Jose, going shopping at MasXMenos in Novacentro(the big grocery store here), eating rice and beans every single day, hehe. I love that there are no street signs, only horrible directions. Peanut butter is a precious commodity here, very rare. Getting Swedish Fish and tea in the mail is always a treat :). I love how we all surround the person that picked up mail and I love it even more when they have mail for me. I love the 88 degree water at all the beaches! The rainforest is amazing. I love all the army june bugs that have invaded the whole entire school...not really. The microbus is barely running, but totally the funnest car ever. Tico time. Tres leches is not something you drink. Costa Rican mornings.

| I had my first laundromat experience today. It was a very retro experience. I felt like I was in a movie, sitting on the counter chatting with Alex while I waited for my laundry to finish. I imagine that life in NYC would be very much like my experience today. | | |
| Praise the Lord for the way he perfectly sets the scene for his perfect will to be completed. When that will is not a major life decision (as we often think of when pondering God's will) but simply a conversation that led to answers and much encouragement to keep pressing on and persevering. I have witnessed Your perfect timing in the small things and that leads me to trust your timing in the things I cannot understood nor even explain.
